General terms and conditions at this eco luxury resort:

• Only adults 18 years and above can register a room

• The tariff is on American Plan and includes breakfast, lunch and dinner along pre-menus

• There is no a-la-carte service

• Please inform us about dietary restrictions, if any 

• This is an eco-development that promotes sustainability

• There is no room service.  Food is served only in the café 

• The rooms and buildings are cooled with ducted air-coolers and underfloor radiant cooling  

• There is no air-conditioning

• Guest Parking has electrical points for charging EV 

• Rooms accessible by the differently abled are available; please check availability before hand

• Pets are not allowed

 

Refund and Cancellation

• Bookings are confirmed only upon 100% payment in advance

• If cancelled 4 days prior to check-in - Refund of 95% 

• If cancelled 3 days to 24 hours prior to check-in - Refund of 50%

• Discounted / special rates are not eligible for refunds
